Harmonious Spaces came to my rescue to de-clutter our basement and garage recently. Nicole has a very practical approach in organizing and she does bring clarity and harmony to the space once the project is over. One thing I am looking for in that person to help me, I found in Nicole. We were such a good team; she empowered me with her positive attitude. She is very vibrant and personable. I recently moved into a new apartment and after moving all my things into my new place, it came the time to arrange things. I spent hours moving furniture around the main room. I was up till 3AM. It seemed like I tried every way possible but still I was not happy with the way things looked. The room seemed cluttered and every way I arranged things there was tight spots in the room. I was exhausted tiring to arrange things and still I was unhappy with the way things looked. I was not even sure it could even be set up to be a comfortable space. Nicole arrived the next day and got to work. At first I was not so sure Nicole understood what I wanted but I stayed out of Nicole's way and let her work her magic and when she was done I could not believe it. No tight spots and everything had a comfortable place in the room. It looked wonderful and was a very eye pleasing and comfortable space when she was done. Even my dog was happy his space in the room the way I arranged things. I tried my dogs bed in 5 different locations in the room an all he did was ignore it but Nicole found a spot for his bed he just loved. Nicole also used my kitchens limited space and she found a comfortable and functional place for all my kitchen things I thought would never fit!

What impressed me most was how you were able to read the direction I wanted to go, assess the current state of my office layout, make recommendations based upon the visions that you had for improvements, and then to coordinate the various aspects of the project. This coordination of painters, plant services, furniture selection, delivery and setup took valuable time and effort away from me, while you managed the implementation phase of the project.
During this process, I was impressed with your regular and ongoing communication, including several e-mails about progress, while still allowing me the opportunity to be part of the selection process. You were sending links to me with choices of product recommendations for my final approval, but you had done the research allowing me to easily choose between the available options. All of the choices that you submitted were within my price range, and coordinated with the overall theme in a cohesive manner.
During this process, in addition to ending up with an efficient, productive office environment, clutter was not reduced, but entirely eliminated (my office staff is eternally grateful!), and I arrive at work with a renewed sense of energy and focus.
I feel that the end product is more than what I wanted, even though Icouldn't initially have visualized this. You brought great value to the process, and I feel that the money spent for your interior decorating services represented a very good value, and the amount of time, effort and energy that you put into making this task of organizing this project far exceeded my expectations.

I contacted Nicole to help me with a complete redesign of a bedroom. Due to a lack of space, the room had become essentially a catch all for all of the random clutter that wouldn't fit elsewhere in my living space. The challenge of the project was to increase the utility of the room without compromising aesthetics and reorganize the clutter, while giving the room character.
Nicole took the challenge in stride. First order of business was to ask me what I wanted to achieve with the space. Then, in an effort to personalize the room, she asked me about my hobbies and interests in order to develop a theme. She then presented me with color options... She explained to me in detail how to work with various colors in order to affect mood, and presented several potential storage and organizational options. When it comes to organization, Nicole is a natural.
With the information I supplied, she presented me with several design options, including furniture, layout, window treatments, and storage... The final look, layout, and functionality of the room far exceeded my expectations. Additionally, Nicole was a joy to work with, and always brought an infectious level of enthusiasm to work with her.
